Description

Our semi-firm, herby mozzarella-inspired cheese is a new favourite with our pizzerias! A twist on our classic Nozza Mozza, this cheese is made with a blend of dried herbs that have a strong Mediterranean influence. Enjoy it on salads for an earthy, herby touch or paired with anything tomato-based, such as pizzas and pasta for a touch of Italian flavour.

If you'd like to add a little extra to your hamper, feel free to include any of the other cheesy items we have, including this one! We'll make sure everything is beautifully put together for you!

Tapioca flour*, unsweetened soya milk (soya beans, water)*, refined coconut oil*, kappa-carrageenan (red seaweed extract), vegan lactic acid,* pink Himalayan salt, dried mixed herbs. *denotes certified organic ingredient

Our cheeses are available for local collection and UK-wide shipping.

All Christmas pre-orders for long distance (out with the Inverness local area) will be shipped with Royal Mail for next-day delivery on the 17/18th of December to ensure arrival before Christmas. 

Local collection:

All orders are all available for local collection and will be available for pick up at Culture Cafe & Deli, 11 Chapel Street, in Inverness on the 22nd & 23rd of December only, during cafe business hours only. 9:30am-3:30pm.
